Naicker is the CEO of Miway Insurance and an industry veteran, having worked in insurance since 2010.

Before being appointed as the CEO of Miway Insurance, Naicker worked for nearly 20 years at OUTsurance.

During this time, he held roles such as Ex: Head of Claims, Ex: Manager Claims, and Chief Operations Officer.

He also worked at SIAS for five years as its CEO, SIAS being a division of the direct insurer OUTsurance and serving as a support service to the claims area of OUTsurance.

Naicker holds an MBA and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from the University of Witwatersrand.
